Step 1: Install Ultima Online: Mondain's Legacy

If you downloaded Ultima Online, or have the CD, run the setup file and follow the instructions below (or follow the red arrow).

When you first run the installer a splash screen similar to this one should open. Just
wait untill it goes away :)

When splash screen goes away this one should pop up. Just click next.

Next one will ask you where to install Ultima Online. You can leave it as is or click
the browse button (blue arrow) and choose where to install it. When you're satisfied
with destination click next (red arrow).

On the next one just hit Install!

Sit back and relax while the Ultima Online: Mondain's Legacy installs it self.

When it's done just hit finish!

Step 2: Patch Ultima Online

If you followed the installation above, you should have an icon on your desktop titled Ultima Online Mondain's Legacy. Otherwise, locate "uo.exe" in your Ultima Online folder and doubleclick it or find it in the star menu. This should bring up the update-window.

A window like this one should open. Just wait untill it's done then
hit cancel!

Step 3.A: Install UOGateway (skip to 3.B if you do not wish to use it however we do recommended it!)

The following steps will instruct you on how to install and configure UOGateway to run with Neverland RunNL edition.
Click here to go to the download section of UOGateway's site! (the link will open up in new window)

The first link in the left menu is the one you want. Click it!

The previous link will bring you here. Just click the one with the (latest) to begin the
download. When the download is finished, install it somwhere and run it.

Once it opens up click the Public Serverlist tab and hit CTRL+F on your keyboard.

In the find window type Neverlands and hit Find Now button. The first hit should be Neverlands, The
RunNL Edition (if it is not just hit Find Next and you should have it). Click on it to add it to the
UOGateways MY Servers list.

Click on My Servers tab and your UOGateway should look like this. Now just click on the new
Neverland's link in your UOGateway and jump to STEP 4 below :) or you can repeat this process (after the
installation of UOGateway) to add Neverlands POL edition.

Step 3.B: Install RunNL package

It is assumed that you downloaded the "RunNL and Neverlands package". This package will be installed using a few clicks and allows you to play on both RunNL and Neverlands.

Note that the login.cfg in the packages is outdated and we can't replace it at the moment so you will have to do it manually. Download it here and replace it in your Ultima Online.

Step 4: Create an account

Launch Ultima Online through UOGateway if you installed it or find the link to RunNL in your start menu, and login with your desired username and password. The first time you login, your account will automaticly be created.
