I logged on but my character is naked and I can't see my mount or it is not the correct one.

s1: You didn't patch your Ultima Online with the latest patch. If you use UOGateway patch it now by running UO.EXE located in your Ultima Online directory. If you used Neverland packages you will need to reinstall it and please follow the detailed guide to make shure you don't miss anything.

s2: You didn't update your client with the Neverlands patch eighter install the packages or run Ultima Online with UOGateway. Please consult the installation guide if you need help with that.

I can log into RunNl and I can get to the character selection/creation screen, but when I click the character it says loading character as normal but when it's done in the bottom left hand screen it says log in confirmed welcome to ultima online, the loading character box thing disappears and im left with a black screen or the main login one.

s1: Install the skill menu patch and try again.

s2: Reinstall Ultima and try loging in with UOGateway and not the seperate patches!

I get this message when trying to patch my ultima:

s1: Check if you are indeed connected to the internet and if you are perhaps behind a firewall check that it is not blocking your connection (note the ports that need to be oipened 8888 for patching and 9000 for RunNL).

s2: Reinstall Ultima Online and try again.

When I run RunNL on both the combined package or just regular package it dosn't run anf says RunNl client error..

s: Reinstall ultima online using the detailed guide and UOGateway not the packages

When I try to log to RunNL I get : '' There is a problem communicating with Origin. Please restart Ultima Online and try again.'

s1: Reinstall Ultima Online and use UOGateway instead of the packages (wait untill the gateway downloads all of the packages)
